A Special thanks to Fred Vigorito and his fantastic Galvanized Jazz Band for playing during the church service and the Rally Day Sunday picnic. Their energy and talent adds so much to worship and fellowship, and it is always wonderful to have them.

The dates for the next handbell rotation have been set!
 Wednesday, October 17th, 6:00-7:00 pm
 Wednesday, October 24th, 6:00-7:00 pm
 Wednesday, November 7th, 6:00-7:00 pm
 Wednesday, Nov. 14th, 6:00-7:00 pm
 Play in church Sunday, November 18th

Ringers must be 12 or older, and you must be able to attend at least three out of four rehearsals. Other than that, as long as you know your right from left, you can count to four (sometimes six), you have a good sense of rhythm and a good sense of humor, you’re invited to participate!


On Sunday, October 7th, at 4:00 pm, The Roslyn Young Memorial Concerts will present “The Grand Tour: Medieval and Renaissance Music from England and the Continent.”

This is their ninth year as part of the Music at the Meetinghouse Concert Series. The concert will feature the New York-based early music ensemble, Primavera Consort with soprano Sarah Brailey performing vocal and instrumental music from England, France, and Spain. There will be a pre-concert talk at 3:15 pm, and a reception following the concert in Hubley Hall. Tickets are $20 at the door; under 18 are free.
